**Your key responsibilities**
- Designing, Architecting, and Developing solutions leveraging cloud big data technology to ingest, process and analyze large, disparate data sets to exceed business requirements.
- Unifying, enriching, and analyzing customer data to derive insights and opportunities.
- Leveraging in-house data platforms as needed and recommending and building new data platforms/solutions as required to exceed business requirements.
- Clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles
- Strong SQL skills
- Deep experience with at least one cloud platform; Azure, Amazon, or Google.
- Experience with the toolset of Azure Synapse Analytics using Data Flows, building Spark notebooks, and building queries.
- Experience navigating various types of database models to build data sets for analytics and model training and development.
- Experience modelling data in Power BI and other PowerApps
- Experience working with different data sources in Azure that connect to Microsoft Azure Platform
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Communication and critical thinking is essential, must be able to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights
- Independent and able to manage and prioritize workload.
- Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change.

Maintains relationships with selected for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services. Builds and maintains effective relationships with all other related departments and units to achieve the Group’s goals/objectives in network monitoring, availability, and growth. Responsible for the maintenance of Telecom systems & equipment at the Group’s sites. Performs on-site/remote technical support of Telecom Systems and equipment. Evaluates existing Telecom systems, and proposes possible improvements initiates and handles Telecom projects, and ensures compliance with requirements, specifications, and deadlines. Initiates Telecom policies and ensures enforcing them. Maintains proper documentation of Telecom network. Supervises the employed Telecom technicians. Supervises the outsourced Telecom support. Maintains a working knowledge of Telecom switching and monitoring systems. Possesses in-depth technical knowledge in Telecom network & technical support to ensure reliable service delivery and security and resolve any business disruption or inconvenience to users. Optimize the telecom network to handle IoT traffic and ensure high performance and low latency for IoT applications. Monitor and manage the scalability of IoT devices connected to the network. Perform capacity planning to ensure sufficient bandwidth and resources for IoT devices. Implement and maintain security protocols and standards to protect IoT networks from vulnerabilities and threats. Ensure compliance with security regulations and data privacy policies in IoT solutions. Work closely with IoT development teams, software engineers, and business units to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions within the telecom network. Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and resolving telecom and IoT-related issues. Set up and maintain network monitoring systems for IoT devices and services. Create reports and dashboards on network performance, uptime, and device status. Stay updated with the latest telecom and IoT technologies and industry trends. Minimum Qualifications:
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES In-depth knowledge of telecom protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN). Hands-on experience with IoT platforms and devices, such as sensors, gateways, and actuators. Understanding of IP networking, wireless communication standards, and RF technologies. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT) for IoT device management. Security Skills: Knowledge of telecom and IoT security practices, including encryption protocols, access control, and network segmentation. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. Certifications in telecom and networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, IoT Specialization) are preferred.
