**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic advisory services in relation to sustainability-related matters to support our client make informed business and capital decisions.
- Support organisations to deliver upon strategies, by providing services and products to help our clients implement capital and change programs (for example, the delivery of large-scale capital programs related to renewables, climate resilience, decarbonisation, sustainability technology)
- Support the marketing and delivery of sustainability technology solutions, including developing a deep knowledge of our technology alliance ecosystem capabilities, including assets and accelerators.
- Provide advice to clients on the challenges, implications and opportunities of the climate transition and broader sustainability-related issues. Your insights will play a critical role in improving the sustainability performance of an organisation.
- Deliver key sustainability-related projects for our clients on the abovementioned topics, including supporting and/or leading large-scale programs of work.
- Lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, keeping a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify and seize business development opportunities in the MENA region. Your expertise in sustainability and climate advisory will be instrumental in winning impactful and transformational projects.
- Support and drive the preparation of proposals in relation to our Consulting offerings to our clients. It is important to collaborate cross service lines to ensure the clients needs are addressed with our best of firm capabilities.

You will be responsible for:
- Supporting and executing OT risk assessments, control design, and gap analysis
- Delivering maturity assessments and developing OT risk remediation strategies
- Evaluating digital risks to SCADA, DCS, Smart Grids, DMS, and ECS system architecture
- Helping clients define and implement OT risk governance frameworks aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and industry best practices.
- Identifying and mitigating risks linked to convergence between IT, OT, and IoT systems.
- Supporting clients in designing OT risk dashboards, metrics, and reporting for governance committees
- Ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across your assigned workstreams.
To qualify for the role, you must have.
- 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS environments and/or industrial digital risk, preferably within Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, or Transportation
- Solid understanding of OT/ICS security, controls, and architecture
- Knowledge of products and technologies from Honeywell, GE, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc.

- Experience in evaluating and implementing OT controls (e.g., segmentation, firewalls, remote access protection)
