(SENIOR) PROJECT ENGINEERS

Responsible for management, monitoring, and supervising assigned projects in a specific area, ensuring completion according to quality, budget, and schedule. Manages the day-to-day operational and contract aspects of multiple projects.

Responsible for providing feedback regarding project progress, deviations, changes, and ensuring that projects are delivered to Ashghal standards.

Handover the site (possession of site), conduct pre-contract meetings (kickoff), and handle RO's and approvals, officially transferring responsibility to the contractor.

Review and approve project control systems that measure progress/performance, provide early warnings of deviations, and identify corrective actions.

Monitor traffic diversions (in liaison with traffic unit) to ensure they are effective and safe.

Final interview will be in Spain and/or Portugal.

Mandatory: Arab and English speakers, with 12 years of roads engineering experience.

• University degree in civil engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

4. Maintaining a centralized project tracker and ensuring timely updates to consolidate reports and dashboards on project status, risks, issues, and KPIs.
5. Supporting business case development and benefits tracking using metrics like ROI, NPS, and CSAT to facilitate scenario planning and data-driven decisions.
6. Monitoring project performance against scope, schedule, and budget baselines, and maintaining comprehensive documentation including lessons learned and post-implementation reviews.
