Job Description
- Supporting implemented above listed Supply chain - SCM modules
- Identifying, & writing business requirements and follow Oracle Unified Methodology.
- Supporting of all Procure-to-Pay stages of the SCM including PR submission, procurement
- Processes, RFQ, tendering, awarding, issuing PO’s, items receipts, returns processes, etc.
- Assisting users in navigation to the desired functionality
- Supporting users in identifying the correct reports to run for various requirements
- On demand maintenance of front-end system inputs / value-sets (E.g. Key Flex fields, DFFs, Value Sets)
- Raising SR/TAR with Oracle Metal ink for any functional issues noticed during day to day Operations.
- Resolving any functional issues which may arise in Oracle e-Business Suite, and providing necessary knowledge transfer to business and technical staff.
- Helping end users to validate accounting mismatch and advising to staff.
- Supporting Small configuration changes like Approvals, and personalization
- Updating the exiting ERP documentations and aligning with current business scenarios.
- Performing on demand health checks.
- Performing training to the business users.
- Trouble-shooting and resolving issues resulting from system configuration activities.
- Documenting functional requirements and use cases for custom-development item
- Including data conversions, interfaces, reports, forms, etc.
- Facilitating test script development and execution for assigned work stream(s).
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Oracle SCM: 7 years (required)
**Language**:
- Arabic (required)
