The Business Systems Analyst will assist in managing and enhancing ICV systems from a business perspective i.e. Tawteen Portal, ensuring regular updates, data analysis, and the implementation of new functionalities.
Required Experience and Skills
3 years of experience in digital operations management or a related role. Bilingual Arabic, English speaker preferred. Skills: Familiarity with portal management systems and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of security protocols and compliance standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high ability to learn, basic programing languages (JavaScript, Csharp).
