Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of industry experience
• At least 5 years in Turnaround (TA) execution within petrochemical, oil, or gas plants

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely or ahead-of-schedule execution of all assigned jobs
• Proactively implement recovery plans to address any work delays
• Coordinate effectively with all relevantdepartments to ensure smooth job execution
• Maintain constant presence at the work site during execution activities
• Ensure continuous and uninterrupted workflow on site at all times
• Act as the primary point of contact for all execution-related issues

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can lead project management efforts, enhance project governance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering collaboration, identifying risks, and implementing best practices to drive project success and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project management office (PMO) in establishing and enforcing project governance, ensuring adherence to policies and methodologies
• Drive the development of project management best practices across the organization to enhance project delivery effectiveness
• Oversee and monitor the performance of key projects, providing strategic guidance to project managers and teams
• Collaborate with senior management to align project outcomes with the company's strategic goals and priorities
• Facilitate project status reporting and ensure timely communication regarding project risks and issues
• Conduct in-depth assessments of project performance and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities
• Mentor and coach project managers and other team members to enhance their project management capabilities

Key responsibilities

Ensure the success of projects by completing assigned tasks such as gathering and analyzing client current situation, deriving key business needs and supporting solution identification.

Lead deliverables and project workstreams / teams (as necessary) as you work alongside clients to define key requirements, seek for digital and operational options that best fit the situation followed by the implementation and oversight that assures business outcomes.

Assist the firm’s business development through generating proposals.

Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.

Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
