The researcher will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting real estate market data to support advisory, valuation, and consulting mandates.

This is a contractual role, offering flexibility for candidates who may be studying or engaged in other pursuits. The candidate MUST possess a No-Objection Certificate to be employed, as the company will not sponsor visas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collect and analyze market data on real estate sectors across Qatar, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Track supply-demand dynamics, pricing trends, occupancy rates, and transaction activity.
  3. Compile and maintain databases on real estate projects, developers, and investment activities.
