Job Description
- Coordinate planning, reporting, logistics, and inventory, and support the Wellwork Engineering & Operations Division in all logistical aspects to achieve the company targets in the most cost-effective manner, while maintaining the highest level of safety, environmental, and security compliance.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Provide support and facilitate all logistics requirements for Well Intervention activities including responsible for all logistics associated with equipment mobilization to/from offshore and interfiled equipment transfer, specifically vessels to ensure all necessary resources are available when needed.
- Collaborate and work with Subsurface Technical Quality (STQ) to ensure operational readiness including Wireline Cables maintenance and Pressure Control Equipment (PCE) maintenance and ensure pre-job checks are done and fit for Well Production Management (WPM)/Well Operations (WO). Responsible for tracking the validity of service provider PCE, surface (not limited to rig up equipment) lifting certificates, chain of custody (COC), ensuring all-time compliance.
- Initiate the Pre-Campaign Checklist for each mobilization and to be handed over to the assigned Well Operations Specialist ensuring thorough preparation and readiness for each mobilization. Prepare the critical lifting plans for Offshore/Onshore Well Intervention operations with proper tracking system.
- Ensure proper tracking for all department-owned assets and inventory related to WPM/WO including responsible for all entry passes and permits such as trailers entry permit, generator blue pass, etc. to achieve all assets available and in good condition when needed, supporting smooth operations.
- Serve as the focal point for all logistics follow-ups, including monitoring boat movement, weather schedule, and boat availability to realise timely and efficient coordination of logistics, leading to optimized resource utilization.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
- Coordinate with Well Operations Specialists to provide support for all sample collection requirements contributing to reliable data for analysis and decision-making.
- Support and/or coordinate ad-hoc/urgent logistic requirements with QatarEnergy LNG Marine and Shore base team, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of logistics needs.
- Support Well Operations Specialists in the inspection of lifting equipment, ensuring the timely updating of vendors/WPM lifting certifications.
- Keep up to date with all Company's logistics procedures and related changes to QatarEnergy LNG Management System (QLMS) to adhere to their requirements and align with Company standards. Serve as the DaWinci/Aviation focal point, facilitating seamless communication and integration of logistics systems.
- Facilitate and be responsbile for personnel movement management that includes WEO OVR as per WPM criteria and requirement to ensure efficient and coordinated personnel movements. Accountable for all safety training requests (along with their access passes) for contractor(s)/service provider(s) to support WPM Well Intervention and Well Maintenance campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering or science.
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 5 years' experience in the oil and gas sector, including 3 years' experience in handling inventory, well planning, budget, related applications and logistics activities.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in front desk, administration, or operations/process analyst roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with diverse clients and situations.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Candidates already in Qatar or willing to relocate on short notice are preferred.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
