Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated QA Technician / Technical Assistant with a strong background in supervision engineering to support our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will assist in monitoring and controlling project quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist QA/QC Engineers in implementing the project's quality management system.
• Conduct inspections for materials, structural works, and site activities under supervision.
• Support in reviewing method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and checklists.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for audits and client submission.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and safety.
• Coordinate with site supervision engineers to report and follow up on non-conformities.
• Prepare daily/weekly QA reports and assist in progress documentation.
• Provide technical assistance in quality control of concrete, steel, and finishing works.
• Support the QA/QC Engineer in conducting internal quality audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in site supervision / QA role (preferably in Qatar or GCC).
• Knowledge of QCS and international standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, ISO).
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, material testing, and inspection methods.

Job Responsibilities:
