As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible to bringing Qatar Airways brand to life through captivating multimedia content consisting of video editing, animation, small-scale video shooting, 3D modelling, animation etc. Work alongside creative team within in-house advertising agency, the primary responsibility is to conceptualize, draft, produce and deliver multimedia content that resonate with company’s global audience ensuring Qatar Airways brand stands out in the competitive Global Market.
Other key responsibilities are:
- Contribute to the execution of creative campaign materials across all Qatar Airways communication touch points, with an emphasis on the creation of creative assets for mainly digital usage including Social Media advertising and digital Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.

QualificationsQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or organizational development.
- Strong background in implementing talent and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, transformation, and large-scale HR projects.
- Experience in using business intelligence and statistical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and foster teamwork within cross-functional HR and business teams.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to aviation industry or large enterprise transformation projects.
