This role is a cornerstone in driving the company's growth and expansion within the Qatari market. The role works in close collaboration with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs with efficiency and professionalism.
2 Key Responsibilities
Develop annual strategic plans and monthly/weekly operational schedules.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, assess strengths and weaknesses, and identify target markets and potential clients.
Design and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve pre-set revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities in the delivery and fulfillment sector and analyze market trends.
Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners to ensure sustained collaboration.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations.
Prepare periodic performance and sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Represent the company at trade shows and business events to enhance brand visibility.
Negotiate contracts and commercial offers in a manner that benefits both parties.
Achieve sales targets, customer pyramid goals, and company strategic objectives.
3 Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics or delivery services.
Strong understanding of the Qatari market and local business environment.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Ability to use CRM tools and data analysis software.
Professional certifications in sales or relationship management are a plus.
Completion of relevant training courses and continuous learning programs within the past 5 years.

بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والشركاء التجاريين لضمان استمرارية التعاون.
التنسيق مع فرق العمليات لضمان تقديم الخدمة بجودة عالية ووفقًا لتوقعات العملاء.
إعداد تقارير دورية اسبوعية وشهرية وربع سنوية ونصف سنوية وسنوية عن الأداء والمبيعات وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
المشاركة في المعارض والفعاليات التجارية لتمثيل الشركة وتعزيز حضورها في السوق.
التفاوض على العقود والعروض التجارية بطريقة تحقق مصلحة الطرفين.
تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية ومستهدفات هرم العملاء وأهداف خطة الشركة.
3 المؤهلات المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال، ويفضل في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية أو التوصيل.
معرفة جيدة بسوق قطر والبيئة التجارية المحلية.
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
القدرة على استخدام أدوات CRM وبرامج تحليل البيانات.
شهادات مهنية في المبيعات أو إدارة العلاقات التجارية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The Salesman & Business Development Officer will be responsible for expanding the market presence of the company's F&B brands by securing new listings, partnerships, and sales channels across B2B and B2C segments. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all F&B brands under the group.
- Identify and approach potential clients in both B2B (cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, corporate clients, etc.) and B2C channels.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential buyers and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution terms with clients and partners.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion
