Job DescriptionSales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue, build partnerships, and maximize venue occupancy. This role is highly involved in leading business development efforts, foster client relationships, and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure a seamless client experience for high volume events in beach club.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for private events, group bookings, and VIP experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key segments: luxury lifestyle, restaurants, and entertainment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, event planners, agencies, brands, and tour operators.
- Create tailored proposals and close deals for events, private parties, product launches, brand activations, leisure, and lifestyle.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and promotions that attract target clientele.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
