Washing, peeling and preparing food to specification. Unloading supplies and organising the storage of food. Checking expiry dates and rotating stock. Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens and dishes. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational and time management skills with high initiative.
4. Ability to manage in a diverse environment focusing on client and customer service. Strong leadership and motivation skills, including building strong relationships with customers and staff.
5. Stamina and ability to work under stress, think quickly, solve problems on the spot, and stay calm in crises.
6. Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including HACCP & ISO 22000 ), and food preparation.
