Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all catering and kitchen equipment, including ovens, chillers, fryers, mixers, steamers, and other food-processing units.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner to prevent operational interruptions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and spare-part inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for specialized repairs and parts procurement.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and HACCP standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests from kitchen operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen or catering equipment.
