What you will be doing:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Optimize restaurant operations by implementing efficient workflows, procedures, and scheduling to meet customer demand while controlling costs.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel, to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
- Provides input to forecasting and budgeting requirements for the restaurants.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop and update menus, pricing strategies, and daily specials to enhance the dining experience and profitability.
- Coordinates all restaurant needs with other related departments and department heads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers drives guest satisfaction ratings and drives revenue performance for all outlets through establishing revenue targets per restaurant.
- Responsible for the performance appraisals of the restaurant management team.
- Ensure the restaurant's physical appearance is well-maintained, addressing repairs and maintenance as needed
- Ensures that all corporate set guidelines and brand procedures are followed and executed as required.
- Controls and manages supplies required in each outlet and come up with plans to reduce breakage.
- Builds strong teams and encourage collaboration.
- Leading by example and provides regular and focused performance feedback, thus creating a dynamic team.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred), or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing a food and beverage service operation is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer software skills required (Word; Excel; Outlook etc.)
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
- Ability to lead with a perspective in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes involved in organizational planning, coordination and execution. This includes resource allocation, work force planning and management and leadership techniques.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing personalized services, quality service standards, and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
o Person who leads the branch
o Works as cashier in their shift by default
o Take responsibility and monitor the branch
Operational duties
o Responsible for requisition orders to be filled daily and on time (LPO)
o Check the food quantity and quality of current inventory and upon reception of new items
o Ensure the product quality being served is up to Oakberry's standards
o Help in receiving items from suppliers that deliver directly (if required) and signs off to confirm receival

o Know how to use acai machines and layer the order items appropriately

o Present the menu and explain to guests how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and preparation methods.
o Take acai orders from guests accurately

o Cross-sell and up-sell products
o Introduce loyalty program
o Tell the customers "Enjoy your Oak" when handing the order
o Respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems
