An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ICSS Lead Engineer to support a major offshore oil and gas development project. This role covers both greenfield and brownfield scopes and will involve coordination across multiple international engineering and fabrication locations. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in the delivery of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) throughout the lifecycle of a large-scale offshore project. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to HSE policies and actively promote safety standards within the team.

Deliver engineering documentation with robust ICSS design suitable for procurement, fabrication, installation, and operation.

Lead ICSS-related engineering activities from detailed design through to final documentation.

Provide technical oversight and support to a small team of ICSS engineers.

Review and approve discipline documents, ensuring timely resolution of issues and potential non-conformances.

Challenge design assumptions to deliver optimised, fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Participate in technical studies such as HAZOP, SIL, and constructability reviews.

Oversee functional analyses including cause & effect, control and safety functions, SCADA, F&G, and ESD systems.

Monitor and coordinate interface management with other disciplines and engineering packages.

Support equipment inspections and factory/site acceptance testing (FAT, IFAT, SAT, DVT).

Drive standardisation and ensure cybersecurity compliance for all control system elements.

Support project reporting by highlighting risks, progress, and deviations to Engineering Management.

Role Context:

This position supports the development of a major offshore oil and gas field. The project scope includes new wellhead and riser platforms, processing and flare facilities, as well as extensive interconnecting pipeline infrastructure. The engineering phase is based in India with fabrication in Oman, and brownfield integration activities span several regions including the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Qualifications & Experience Required: Degree in Instrumentation or Control Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in offshore oil and gas projects, with significant ICSS leadership exposure.

Solid technical understanding of ICSS architecture, integration, and brownfield tie-in methodologies.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and interface with multiple stakeholders.

Experience in engineering, procurement, and construction environments.

Familiarity with international engineering standards and safety requirements.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments.

Additional Notes: This is a single-status residential assignment.

Role requires international travel and potential temporary relocation to vendor/contractor premises.

Main responsibilities of the **Network Lead Engineer**:

- The Network Team Leader - MEEZA will use his/her advanced knowledge and technical expertise, coupled with his/her dedication to customer service, to deliver service excellence to Meeza.
- The Network Team Leader - will also be responsible for the day to day network installation, administration, and management.
- Network Team Leader - will technically lead the project network deliverables and be responsible to assign tasks to the proper resources and ensure accurate and smooth delivery.

- This role is required to supervise the installation, maintenance and support of MATAR electronics equipment, which includes AVIAVOX (Automatic Announcement System), Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID), Speed gates, Radio Dispatch Solution (RDS), Voice Communication System(VCS), COVID-19 Thermal Screening System, X ray screening system and Explosive Detection System (EDS)
