Job Description
You will be responsible for both planned and corrective maintenance of vehicles and equipment, including specialized airfield maintenance machinery such as Track Jet rubber removal system, pavement marking equipment, friction testing devices, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) collection units, airport runway sweepers, industrial forklifts, and skid loaders.
You will lead the operation and data integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all MATAR FM MT assets
You will oversee planned and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance of all vehicles and equipment in line with company policies.
You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using specialized tools and equipment.
You will be responsible for day-to-day inspection of various types of specialized heavy equipment including excavators/mobile elevated working platforms (MEWPS) /backhoes to ensure smooth operation as per company policies.
You will raise, update and monitor PM and CM maintenance and non-maintenance work orders in Oracle as per the standard operating procedures

- Hydraulic flushing.
- Strong computer skills, communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of offshore & onshore HSE standards.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in WHCP/HPU commissioning.

The Cleaning Technician Lead is responsible for the scheduling of personnel, work supervision and quality control of custodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement for Recreational Service areas such as the Lodging facilities, Fitness Centers, Lounges, Community Activity Centers, Learning Resource Center, Media Center and Theaters. The Cleaning Technician Lead reports to the Base Custodial Manager and may supervise the following position(s): Cleaning Technicians.
Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management, execution, and personnel supervision of maintenance and custodial services as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
- Perform as Facility Manager and coordinate with the Lead Maintenance Technician and other designated Facility Managers and Alternate Facility Managers to ensure cleaning and maintenance duties are accomplished in assigned buildings IAW the PWS.
- Responsible for monitoring other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge.
- Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing well maintained equipment and facilities.
- Prepares reports, enforces safety and performance standards.
- Shall perform work in a safe manner that presents a clean, neat and professional appearance while maintaining satisfactory facility and equipment conditions.
- Oversees and performs custodial work including, but not limited to, restroom cleaning and supply replenishment, floors, baseboards, corners and wall/floor edges, light fixtures, interior glass/mirrors, sink and counter, laundry rooms, tables/desks, water potted plants, dusting, spot cleaning, outdoor patio cleaning, collect/remove trash, clean refrigerators/microwaves, sort linen, resupply clean linen, and restock linen closet as specified in the PWS.
- Shall provide on-call and over and above cleaning services as needed.
- Shall provide driving and loading/unloading assistance with deliveries of supplies, bottled water and newspapers.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
- Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).
- Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
- Assist with transporting OCN staff to and from badging appointment and Signing for badges as a UPC
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Work will be inside and outside. Exposure to cold, dust, noise, and chemicals may occur.
- Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.
- Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions.
- Task specific work environment training will be provided as required.
- Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to support U. S. interests.
- 100% Overseas Assignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License.
- Must have capability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver’s license and capable of driving a manual transmission.
- Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
- Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear.
- A minimum of two years of working within a custodial and/or maintenance environment with progressive supervisory/training experience.
- Shall have knowledge of applicable fire prevention, ground safety, smoking, and security standards, and be able to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer service.
- Experience as a Forklift driver and HAZMAT training preferred.
- Great communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
- Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
- Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements

About The Role
This position is for a Field Technician in Aftermarket and Service, reporting to Service Supervisor. Installs, tests, services, and repairs equipment to conform with company operating specifications and customer requirements. Perform jobs given on daily basis by direct supervisor, carries out work related to maintenance contracts, repairs and some warranty related jobs. Relies on moderate experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks as instructed by Service Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
Receives daily job schedules from concerned Service Supervisor and executes accordingly in a timely manner Executes and completes the job as per the budgeted man-hour Use SYCLO device and generate / deliver time confirmations, job cards and EH&S site surveys Meets assigned SOIP target (revenue, utilization, GM, call back rate, EH&S, and MFA) Executes assigned jobs Assists Senior Technicians on jobs as required Reports escalated problems and spare parts requirements to Supervisor for necessary arrangements Install spare parts when attended Attends EH&S trainings and always follow guidelines Use right tools & PPEs in appropriate way. Inspect and inform Supervisors. Maintain site house-keeping post work completion
Requirements

Technical Diploma Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency (Speak, Read & Write) in English Communication skills (Understanding questions and responding correctly) Customer focus orientated Analytical thinking skills

Using the correct tools and PPEs appropriately, inspecting equipment, and informing Supervisors of issues. Requirements
