The Learning and Development Specialist co-ordinates learning needs analyses; schedules, plans, and activates competency-based Learning programmes for employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in Human

Resources, Adult Education, Business Administration, or similar field.

Work Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in Learning and Development as a Learning Activator, Project or Programme Co-ordinator.

Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources or related field with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
