Job Description
To ensure efficient academic administration for TransnationalEducation (TNE) programs, particularly the BUC–SUT partnership, by managingacademic operations, records, examinations, and compliance in line withinstitutional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manageclass schedules, timetables, and resource allocations
- Coordinateexaminations, invigilation, and results processing
- OverseePearson/BTEC and university registration processes
- Maintainacademic records: attendance, assessments, transcripts, certifications
- Issuestudent letters, IDs, and official documents
- Providelogistical support and payment coordination for visiting/part-time faculty
- Administeracademic-related student and staff requests
- Supportaudits and ensure compliance documentation
- Liaisewith BUC and SUT academic teams for coordination
- Contributeto process improvement and effective use of academic systems
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 3–4years of experience in academic administration, preferably in TNE programs
- Familiaritywith international university systems and compliance standards
- Experiencewith Pearson/BTEC program logistics is an advantage
Skills and Competencies:
- Strongorganizational and multitasking skills
- Highaccuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiencyin MS Office and academic systems
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Abilityto work independently with sensitive academic data
- Adaptableand solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
