- Prepare, verify, and manage all required documentation including:

- Ensure compliance with Incoterms , international trade regulations, and destination-specific import requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for all shipments and support internal and external audits.
Container & Freight Logistics:
- Extensive experience managing a large number of container shipments globally , including coordination, scheduling, and tracking.
- Optimize container utilization, port schedules, and shipping line negotiations to reduce cost and lead time.
- Monitor global freight trends and proactively manage shipping routes to minimize disruption.

**About this role**
- Uphold safety, health, environmental and worker welfare performance of all logistics execution activities being implemented by the EPC Contractors. - Works with the EPC Contractors to identify and implement transportation techniques for the purpose of moving project materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner;
- Maintain a database to monitor logistic trends and up to date information regarding freight market (cargo vessel availability, crew availability and vessel berth plus rates);
- Prepare logistic analysis reports which contain information and recommendations on project site conditions, transportation modes, legal requirements, customs material handling, and shipping rates. Communicates information to all concerned parties;
- Directs the planning and execution of logistics studies as required for project PMT;
- Maintains contact with Traffic & Logistics (T&L) industry sources and information resources to remain informed of industry trends, tools and best practices;
- Maintains contacts with government regulatory agency personnel as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
- Minimum of twenty (20) years in Project Execution, with a strong background in Logistics, Transportation, Procurement, and management of large Logistics activities;
- Knowledge of and proficiency in the techniques of identifying, analyzing, and resolving transportation and logistic problems;
- Knowledge or experience in planning work particularly related to project activities of suppliers and sub-contractors, and shipping companies;
- Demonstrates sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels, in particular when at Site;
- Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Sub-contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry;
- Demonstrate ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds;
- Experience with large complex projects.

**Fleet Management**
- Oversee all vehicles performance and functions
- Advise all vehicles specifications, replacements, repairs etc.
- Daily checking of fleet mechanics
- Maintain all vehicles records - insurance, registrations, fines, maintenance etc.
- Manage maintenance as per the vehicles records
**Operations**
- Responsible for entering transfer bookings and airport service bookings of local market in the system.
- Responsible in encoding drivers program and transportation request for both arrival and departure on a daily basis and sending request, follow up and confirmation from all transport providers.
- Coordinating with transport suppliers regarding guest transportation, amendments & cancellations and coordinating with Experience Advisors for guest requests, checking and confirming with guests flights from the European, CIS markets & Local Markets.
- Ensure adequate communication to Welcome Concierge regarding arrivals, amendments, cancellation, airport services & miscellaneous requests like assisting guests to special taxis
- To monitor drivers program and sending / checking the transfer slip to hotel on daily basis.
- Attending clients calls and other queries regarding arrival/departure, lost items and complaints
