This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of pharmacy services, with a special focus on geriatric patient care and digital health integration.

The Pharmacy Supervisor will manage clinical operations, lead teams, and ensure compliance with international pharmacy standards while utilizing Oracle and Cerner-based systems to streamline workflows and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations and manage a multidisciplinary pharmacy team
• Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications with attention to geriatric pharmacotherapy
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and cost-saving strategies within the assigned service area
• Implement and monitor compliance with HMC policies and regulatory standards
