The Qatar Patriot Depot Maintenance Lead provides support to the in-country Operation Manager and the Field Manager. Assisting with the testing, check-out, repair and maintenance of all PATRIOT major end items and supporting equipment and testing systems when the Fire Unit problems are beyond the capabilities of unit maintenance personnel. Additional responsibilities include assisting in isolating hardware and software problems, assistance with fault isolation/diagnostic procedures, and on-the-job and informal training as required by the Qatar Depot Program Management. The Qatar Depot Maintenance lead will assist in isolating complex electronic problems between the hardware, software and Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs) using a variety of electronic repair and fault isolation procedures such as system diagnostics, unit self-checks, BITE, and tools and test equipment. This position is located in Doha Qatar.

1. Ensure successful execution of all in-country Raytheon sustainment efforts, and overall customer satisfaction.
2. Prompt and timely response to all internal and external customer requests.
3. Ensure appropriate communication, collaboration and accountability between cross functional work cells to meet customer expectations/deadlines/commitments.
4. Ensure program directed comms are flowed to full QPAT team, follow up as needed.
5. Deconflict/prioritize activities/events (Raytheon driven and QEADF driven) in collaboration with leads/managers, LT.
6. Provides direction on activities and behaviors. Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, task, and solutions.

1. Demonstrated experience in the operation, sustainment and operations of the Patriot Missile System Radar equipment.
2. Trained and Knowledgeable in the operation, sustainment, readiness reporting, and troubleshooting procedures, of the Patriot Radar Missile System equipment.
3. Knowledge with the operational/analytical software used on the Patriot radar systems.
4. Experienced in using ECS troubleshooting software aids Status Monitor, Switch 9, System Exerciser and Radar Action Cycler, in order to distinguish between digital and analog problems.
5. Knowledge in the utilization of common industry external test equipment, such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power meters, frequency counters, spectrum and digital analyzers.
6. Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
7. Successful completion of a Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course for MOS 27X/34S/94S/916A/918D/140E/14E/14T or an equivalent course of instruction on a similar electronic system conducted by the military or the system contractor.
8. Demonstrated experience with Department of the Army Modification Work Order (DAMWO) installations, to include system integration and checkout.
9. Must be able to work in extreme desert heat environments and lift 50 pounds.

The Deputy
Depth Maintenance Manager holds the relevant delegated maintenance authority
for their area of responsibility. They are responsible to the Depth Maintenance
Manager for all aspects of the products and/or services they deliver and for
adherence to the maintenance programme. They are responsible for the
leadership, management and co-ordination of all areas and people under their
control.

The
Deputy Depth Maintenance Manager is also responsible to the Depth Maintenance

The Qatar Patriot Depot Maintenance Lead supports the in-country Operation Manager and Field Manager. Responsibilities include testing, check-out, repair, and maintenance of PATRIOT major end items and supporting equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing training. The position is located in Doha, Qatar.

1. Ensure successful execution of all in-country Raytheon sustainment efforts and customer satisfaction.
2. Respond promptly to customer requests.
3. Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
4. Prioritize activities and deconflict schedules.
5. Provide leadership and motivate team members.
6. Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions.

• Experience with Patriot Missile System Radar equipment operation, sustainment, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Patriot Radar software and diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency with external test equipment.
• Completion of Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course or equivalent.
• Ability to work in extreme environments and lift 50 pounds.

• Eight years of Patriot Depot maintenance experience on Configuration III+ Patriot Equipment.
• Experience with Raytheon Quality Control, system integration, and refurbishment processes.
• Experience with program management tools and international Patriot programs.
• Strong interpersonal, training, and decision-making skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Science with 10 years of related experience, or equivalent experience/substitutions.
