Preventive Maintenance Technician - Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail
What will I be doing?
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues for the tower / podium / meeting rooms / public areas.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality / advise on effective solution / procedures to enhance.
- Supervise and guide the team for better usage of FFE / Assets – Conduct trainings if needed.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of maintenance by checking processes and final output
- Report all malfunctions to engineering team / contractors / owners to ensure immediate action.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data from BMS / Automation systems.
- Review current standards and policies of WAL and ensure its implemented at all aspects.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
- Provide method of statement for executing maintence related activities.
- Ensure all legal standards are met for new projects / modifications / Daily operations.
- Communicate with external 3rd parties if needed to certify critical systems.
- Daily on-site inspection / reports provided to DOE

- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a same field
- To supervise and coordinate all maintenance works related to electro-mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, cleaning and utility, building and ground maintenance and preventive maintenance.
- Keep an updated record of the maintenance store inventory and follow up with the materials use and consumption and give back feedback to the Maintenance Engineer.
