Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager oversees and manages that all facilities, machinery, equipment are in good running condition at all times, expert in electrical, HVAC and mechanical machines engineering matters within the corporation and provide technical leadership of the maintenance team, in delivering a high-level performance of machines in the restaurant advisory service related to all aspects of related issues. Controls and operates the preventive maintenance of firefighting system in the restaurant / outlets.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure the efficient operation of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure timely and effective completion of work.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to schedule repairs, installations, and upgrades, minimizing downtime and disruptions to operations.
- Manage the maintenance budget, expenses, and resources effectively, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Company policies related to maintenance activities, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of equipment and reduce the risk of unexpected failures or breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, repairs, and inventory, using maintenance management software or other tools.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures, techniques, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term maintenance plans, capital improvement projects, and strategic initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
In-Depth knowledge of Facilities and Maintenance activities and equipment. Knowledge of Electrical principles. Know how to diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction / failure of operational equipment and performs preventive and corrective maintenance. Knowledge to modify electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations. Know how to read, interpret, develop wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specification for system or equipment modifications or expansion and directs personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties. Knowledge of plans, directs and records periodical electrical testing and recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards. Sound knowledge of MEP activities and equipment. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Description
Lead the Maintenance function in providing both a reactive (breakdown) and pro-active (preventative), multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment, services and infrastructure to ensure increased and sustainable availability is achieved in line with the deliberate maintenance strategy, and with due consideration to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidance.
Responsible for the conduct of all maintenance functions, pro-active maintenance planning and scheduling, overseeing the adherence thereto and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness through the development of Service Level Agreements, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, ensuring that Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements are adhered to.
Manage the teams to deliver technical best practice. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Manage departmental delivery against continuous improvement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and champion modern maintenance principles by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in policy, process, training, and working practices whilst also mentoring and leading the maintenance departments.

- Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive Maintenance Strategy.

Ensure suitably qualified, experienced and authorised personnel perform all Part 145 activities. Ensure the integration of Part 145 activity within the business, including the engagement of key stakeholders at all stages of the process. Provide support and guidance to the team.
- Procedure/standards – Comply with the regulatory framework, its associated procedures and standards and any other company procedures and standards, as applicable. Identify and propose changes.
- Safety Management System – Promote the application of Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management and Safety Assurance within the Part 145 team(s), together with the proactive analysis, mitigation and management of Hazards Management System Assurance. Ensure maintenance activities are compliant with the QAF governance and assurance framework, including supporting process confirmations and independent assurance audits. Support the response to audit findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide information to support the relevant reviews. Support the implementation of identified improvements to overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness.
- Statutory/Regulatory & Legislative requirements – Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of understanding and application of the relevant continuing airworthiness regulatory framework. Support the implementation of any regulatory driven changes into the maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR, EaPW, ISO.
- Contractual Requirements – Comply with all applicable contractual requirements.
- Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship (including a City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 or equivalent), ideally in Aeronautical Engineering and/or a recognised Engineering Degree from either aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft.
- 5 years practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
- 2 years relevant work experience within the aircraft maintenance environment working at a supervisory level exercising certifying privileges.
- Minimum 6 months experience on type (in the last two years).
- A comprehensive knowledge of Acceptable Means of Compliance documentation set.
- The person needs to be a seasoned and experienced professional across a broad knowledge base, including aircraft maintenance.
- Program management ability coupled with people leadership skills.
- Extensive off aircraft maintenance knowledge and experience.
