The
Senior Maintenance Specialist
shall perform the following responsibilities including but not limited to: Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job. Assist in performing daily maintenance prescribed in the maintenance manual and record the same in the maintenance file. Ensure that all equipment for the job is free of any damages/defects and is fully operational prior to any operations job. In the event of damages, a damage report shall be made. Ensure that job is conducted as per the Standard Operating Procedures and is in adherence to the Company policies and procedures. Good source of information for maintenance to be carried out. After completing these tasks, the Senior Maintenance Specialist should be able to perform the maintenance by self on the following Well Testing related Equipment. Ball valves, Gate valves, Non-return valves , Valves, actuators, PSV, vacuum valves & its accessories Triplex pump as per API standards Conduct hydrotesting and leak testing after valve maintenance Troubleshoot valve operation problems (leakage, jamming, actuator malfunction) Ensure proper tagging, identification, and calibration of valves Maintain records of valve inspection, repair, and test results Pumping unit general maintenance. Electronic troubleshooting as applicable. Static types of equipment – Heat Exchangers, columns, Vessels, Boilers, etc., Plan and execute equipment repair and scheduled maintenance. Conducts mechanical inspections. Ensure the equipment maintenance and repair activities are recorded in EMMS on daily basis Carry out dismantling, inspection and re-assembly of the centrifugal overhung pumps, between bearing single, double, and multistage pumps and vertically suspended pumps live testing and calibration of PSV using TREVITEST and LEGATEST Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance of rotating, stationary equipment and various type of pumps, compressors, and its auxiliary systems. Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for smooth functioning. Skills and Competencies

Job Summary
The AFCAP Large Areas Maintenance Shelter Specialist is responsible for setup, maintenance, and the dismantling of large area maintenance shelters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs inspection, installation, operation, maintenance, repairs, and disposal of LAMS/BEAR structures and related systems.
- Read, comprehend, plan, and execute instructions and procedures outlined in manufacturers' operation and maintenance manuals.
- Leads and supervises other personnel as required. Schedules and coordinates equipment, materials, and personnel required for shelter work activities.
- Erect, maintain, and dismantle large area maintenance shelters ensuring they are operational and meet safety standards.
- Oversee the inventory, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment used within the shelters.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for shelter-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
- Ensure all activities within the shelter comply with safety regulations and protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and any incidents, and report these to supervisors as required.
- Develops, completes, and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various cleanup activities.
- Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.

- Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
- Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance

Program Summary KBR'S AFCAP V group provides ongoing support and operations services to the United States Air Force. This position will be based in Qatar and travel to additional locations in the Middle East. Job Summary The AFCAP Large Areas Maintenance Shelter Specialist is responsible for setup, maintenance, and the dismantling of large area maintenance shelters. Roles and Responsibilities Performs inspection, installation, operation, maintenance, repairs, and disposal of LAMS / BEAR structures and related systems. Read, comprehend, plan, and execute instructions and procedures outlined in manufacturers' operation and maintenance manuals. Leads and supervises other personnel as required. Schedules and coordinates equipment, materials, and personnel required for shelter work activities. Erect, maintain, and dismantle large area maintenance shelters ensuring they are operational and meet safety standards. Oversee the inventory, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment used within the shelters. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for shelter-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations. Ensure all activities within the shelter comply with safety regulations and protocols to protect personnel and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and any incidents, and report these to supervisors as required. Develops, completes, and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various cleanup activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting. Observes, follows, and ensures others adhere to all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptops, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities. WORKING ENVIRONMENT : Work will be indoors and outdoors. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs as well as occasional to frequent travel. Employees must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions. Task specific work environment training may be provided. Must be prepared to function in a wartime or contingency environment to support U.S. interests. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES : Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending. Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa / stamp pages remaining Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance Skills : Great communication, analytical, pro-active, well organized, results-oriented, and a team player. Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements. Expertise in the setup, maintenance, and repair of large area shelters and related equipment.
