**About the role**
As a Business Support officer, you will be providing logístical and administrative support to the operational departments within Corporate Services, for efficient and effective delivery of the organizational goals. From analyzing business performance, managing service level agreements and budgets, to ensuring business performance aligns with the company goals, this position plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the operational section.
**Accountabilities**
- Manage the day to day running and administration of the Tenancy Contracts portfolio, ensuring all handoff points are addressed and contracts are signed off in a timely manner.
- Carry out in-depth review of the draft tenancy contracts, align them with QR standard tenancy clauses and highlight discrepancies. Call out clauses that would be detrimental to QR and do not effectively cover our risks.
- Manage and co-ordinate internal and external communications with the landlord representatives, accurately document discussions and circulate for validation so that the final contract is unambiguous.
- Monitor contractual obligations of the landlord, initial and on-going, by developing adequate reports that would serve as an indicator to the property management team to timely address them.
- Document controller of Property Team handling related correspondences, approvals, resolutions, sensitive documents, letter issuances to landlords, GCEO approvals etc.
- Administrator of the RRC (Rent Review Committee) that ensures the rents paid out are in line with the contractual pay-out schedules.
Qualifications
**About you**
You will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
OR
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- 5 or more years’ experience in a relevant support services position.
- Minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience in similar position with Corporate Housing / Industrial Organization is essential.
- Good command of English language.
- Valid Qatari or a transferable driving license.
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- People management and basic leadership skills.
