As Learning Management Systems Officer, you will be responsible for development and delivery of eLearning courses, taking charge of the Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and ensuring pilot training compliance through careful monitoring of course completions.
**Specific responsibilities for the role include**:
- Responsible for installing, setting up, and configuring the Learning Management System (LMS) to meet the organization's specific needs. This also includes customizing the look and feel of the system, creating user accounts, and setting up security and access controls.
- Responsible for adding and managing users within the system, assigning permissions, and ensuring users have access to the resources they need.
- Develop, design and manage online courses using Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate. This also includes uploading course content, creating quizzes, and setting up assessments within the LMS.
- Update and maintain the LMS to ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. This includes updating the system with the latest software releases, bug fixes, and security patches.
- Enroll learners on required courses to ensue training compliance as per company operational manuals and generate regular reports for regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
**About you**
- Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level with minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
- Relevant experience in IT systems, preferable in a Learning Management System.
- Instructional Design qualification with minimum 3 years’ experience; eLearning ISD is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in course development with proven experience using Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with databases and web-based tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret key data information.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

As a Senior Revenue Management Systems Analyst, you will conduct systems performance analysis and evaluation of functionalities, highlighting areas for system improvement and projected benefits. You will continuously enhance and upgrade system capabilities that meet Revenue Management business objectives including the delivery of RASK. In this role, you will support Line Manager with the execution and implementation of system development initiatives. new deployments, and version upgrades.
Some of the key accountabilities include the below,
- Work with users to analyze, recommend, and test quality enhancements of decision support tools to improve decision making across RM function such as inventory, pricing, analytics, and operations.
- You will establish, quantify and enforce, through monitoring, vendor services as agreed in service level agreements for tools used by RM function such as inventory, pricing, analytics, and operations.
- Monitor and analyze performance of systems including run times, job processing and identify operational needs and, where necessary, solve problems by developing solutions to support RM analysts in carrying out their daily tasks allowing them to meet their revenue objectives.
- Work with vendors and other stakeholders, for example IT, revenue Accounting or Loyalty to ensure systems are integrated and following best practices for reliability and commercial benefits.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the RM - System & Science Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of job related experience working in Revenue Management Systems support team.
- Possess knowledge of airline RM systems such as Inventory, Pricing, O&D Revenue Management, Group Revenue Management, Revenue Integrity.
- Strong analytical skills - Ability to identify and resolve critical issues
- Strong Project Management skills - Ability to work with multiple and time-sensitive projects
- Proficient in MS Office, SQL, SAS, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.
- Experience in developing and delivering of training materials.

- Collaborate with business teams to assess their needs and identify opportunities to add value through technology across the airport stakeholders.

- Prepare functional, non-functional, cyber security, data protection and technical specifications for COTS systems/products from external suppliers for implementation.
- Work with solution architects to design right technical architecture to meet business requirements.

- Ensure all software developments/products, deliveries and IT process and procedures are implemented and followed in line with all established corporate IT policies, ISO 27001 and ISO 2000 standards for MATAR IT Services.
- Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the business and to create new opportunities.
- This role is responsible for management of Enterprise & Airport Operational systems.
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience

- Good understanding in following:

• Candidate must have prior experience as Super User of SAP MM/ES module
• Candidate must have working experience in a large Contracts Department with experience in defining and handling complex contracts and its related process.
• Experience in supporting SAP MM Module including External Services in Oil & Gas or heave Process Industry.
• Must have completed at least 2 full life cycle (end-to-end) implementation projects involving SAP MM-ES module, i.e. External Services functionality in SAP-MM, and must have provided support for at least 2 years for the MM-ES module. Extensive integration experience with Materials and Maintenance business processes is required.
• Experience in using ASAP methodology and using Solution Manage is desirable. Experience of version 4.7E is a minimum requirement; experience of version mySAP ERP is desirable.
• The candidate must possess hands-on experience of SAP and should be able to navigate through all concerned modules. He must be fully aware of functionalities available within concerned SAP modules.
