Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration and recognized qualification on similar projects
- Experience and training as ISO 9001 Lead auditor is essential also experience with ISO 45001 and 140001 compliance auditing is advantageous
- Solid quality and safety management experience from Electrical or Mechanical Domain
- 10 years proven experience as a senior quality assurance role in large scale, complex infrastructure systems.
- Transit operational system work experience is highly appreciated with at least 5 years’ experience specialist quality assurance role working with rail infrastructure projects.
- Experience Maintaining and updating project safety case document and its related documentations in line with EN 50129, EN 50128, EN 50126
- Work experience abroad with multicultural teams with very good experience in working with a multi-national company and working in the Middle East
- Very good command of both the spoken and written English language
- Solid computer skills and knowledge
- Good knowledge of quality tools for Metrics data analysis and decision making
- Highly energetic and “Go-getter”
- Display of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, sophisticated and cross-functional problems is expected
- Advanced knowledge of organization's business practices and problem resolution techniques.

Role Purpose

To carry out quality activities across the programme, review and update IMS procedures, conduct internal audits, track non-conformances, and assist with CAPA processes. To understand and communicate the IMS intent, measure ISO 9001 compliance, ensure QA activities are documented, and support presentations of the IMS to stakeholders.
