The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible to the Quality Assurance Team Leader for assurance of the appropriate regulatory, statutory and business requirements.

The role holder may be required to carry out additional or alternative tasks from time to time, subject to holding the appropriate qualifications.

    - Provide technical support on all QA/QC issues and lead the team to develop QA/QCprocedures and plans.;
    - Ensure implementation of quality standards and control.;
    - Implementing Quality Management System.;
    - Responsible for preparing and establishing the Quality system procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015 QMS Requirements.;
    - To ensure that quality objectives are identified, documented and made available with all work groups in compliance with ISO 9001-2015 QMS requirements.;

    - Provide expert advice to HPD and other departments (as required) concerning theadministration of projects with particular regard to Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities and functions.;
    - To communicate with the head of sections to ensure that Quality Assurance and Quality Control information is being produced and shared promptly.;
    - Manage the review of Monthly Quality reports and provide feedback and advice.;
    - Manage the review and monitoring of the document control systems to ensure that the systems are in place and working efficiently and effectively.;
    - Monitor Quality policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement isrequired;
    - Ensure Programme and Project wide compliance with Quality legislation;

    **What you need to bring**
    - Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience, 5 years of which at senior level in Quality, major infrastructure projects or programmes. preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail-related experience;
    - Experienced in working with the Client, minimum 2 years during the last 10 years;
    - Knowledge of Qatar construction market;
    - Lead and manage a QA/QC team to successfully deliver the program to the requiredquality standards;
    - Develop, implement, and monitor the Program Quality plan.;
    - Communication of the quality plan and its objectives to staff, consultants and contractors;
    - Support all consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality plans andprocedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters;
    - Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits;
    - Develop statistical reports on Quality performance;
    - Identify and communicate lessons learned for continual improvement;
    - Coordinate and manage any 3rd party audits as required;
    - Demonstrable history in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects;
    - Well-versed in quality improvement techniques, resolving issues, carrying out root cause analysis and non-conformance investigations;
    - In-depth knowledge of Quality procedures;
    - Technically proficient in all aspects of Quality;
    - Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a recognized University in an appropriate field;
    - Certified QMS ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor;
    - Driver’s Licence.;
    - Desirable requirements;
    - Charted Membership or Certification from International Quality Bodies (CQI or ASQ);
    - Master’s degree in a relevant field;
    - Arabic language skills;
    - Experience of working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.

    As a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist in Medical Laboratories, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of laboratory testing processes and results. Your role involves implementing quality assurance procedures, monitoring laboratory operations, and conducting quality control assessments to maintain high standards of performance and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and policies to ensure the integrity and reliability of laboratory testing procedures, data, and results.
    - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices, including CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), CAP (College of American Pathologists), ISO 15189, and other applicable guidelines.
    - Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation systems for laboratory procedures, protocols, quality control measures, and quality assurance activities. Ensure that documentation meets regulatory requirements and is readily accessible for audits and inspections.
    - Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, including instrument calibration, proficiency testing, internal and external quality assessments, and corrective action procedures. Monitor quality control data and trends to identify deviations or discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
    - Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and error reduction in laboratory workflows. Collaborate with laboratory staff to implement changes, evaluate outcomes, and optimize performance metrics such as turnaround time, accuracy, and reliability.
    - Analyze quality control data, proficiency testing results, and performance metrics to assess laboratory performance, identify trends, and generate reports for management review. Communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to relevant stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in **Civil** Engineering
    - Minimum of **7-10** years of experience working in a medical laboratory, with a focus on quality assurance, quality control, or laboratory management.
    - Strong understanding of laboratory quality management principles, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
    - Proficiency in quality control procedures, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.

    **Skills**:

    - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
    - Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and professionally.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
