to join our consultancy team for a large-scale
Ashghal project
in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all works comply with project specifications, QCS standards, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the
Quality Management System (QMS)
in line with project and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. - Review and approve
Method Statements, ITPs, Material Submittals
, and other QA/QC documentation. - Conduct site inspections and ensure construction activities meet approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely
closure of NCRs, SORs, and observations
. - Review test reports, calibration certificates, and inspection logs for compliance.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain proper QA/QC documentation for
handover and project closeout
. - Provide technical support and quality guidance to site teams and management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering or related discipline. - Minimum 15 years of experience
, with at least
5 years in Qatar
on large-scale infrastructure/building projects. - UPDA/MME Grade A
registration (mandatory). - Ashghal project experience
is essential. - Ashghal RTM approval
will be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of
QCS, Ashghal standards, and international QA/QC practices
. - Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation systems.
