RED TIC is recruiting for one of its clients an IT Operations Analyst profile for the following assignments:

Mission
As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operational health of our IT systems. You will analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying trends and potential issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system incidents and outages.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring tools and systems to ensure proactive issue detection.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Document processes, procedures, and incident resolutions.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) as an IT Operations Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Splunk).
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Qualifications

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with Commercial & Strategy and departmental leads.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, procurement, and other departments to support organizational goals.

Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis

  • Consolidate and analyze financial results across business segments for leadership reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all financial filings are accurate and submitted within required timelines.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax filings and regulatory reports.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through internal controls and audit readiness.

Audit & Recordkeeping

  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support Internal assurance and compliance monitoring programs.
  • Review and approve entries, journals and reconciliations where required.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to support operations.
  • Establish protocols for managing short-term investments or financing activities.
  • Forecast future funding needs and ensure financial resources are available

Qualifications
:

Educational Background
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Major in Accountancy
  • CPA, CMA or CA

Work Experience
:

  • More than 10 years of experience, with minimum of 4 years in managerial role is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software MS Office and MS Dynamics.
