  • Greet guests warmly and politely in the Thai way.
  • Treat guests with the utmost courtesy and respect.
  • Assist guests with belongings.
  • Ensure sufficient amenities are stocked for each treatment.
  • Ensure guest knows where amenities in treatment room are located.
  • Use guest name at least
  • Times during treatment.
  • Check pressure, temperature and general comfort levels.
  • Ensure guest privacy at all times.
  • Give clear instructions to guest on changing or other requirements.
  • Give guest notice of any unusual procedures or advise of sequence of the treatment and procedures.

Cleanliness and Hygiene
