We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Servicing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges. You will work closely with engineers and quality assurance team to deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs while adhering to industry safety and compliance standards.

Position and Reporting Structure :
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will report directly to the Customer Services Operations Manager and will be an integral part of our Servicing team.
- KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive tools and conduct inspection and ensure functionality as per drawings or technical documentation.
• Perform Load test, repair or preventative maintenance tasks as per technical documentation or as advised by the manager.
• Assist in the assembly / disassembly of tools for service or new tools at work site or at customer locations as advised by the manager.
• Ensure that all processes are completed following company standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in packaging, loading, and unloading of tools or equipment.
• Communicate with the manager or technical support team when complex issues arise and assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections, repair or preventive maintenance tasks as instructed by the reporting manager.
• Complete all required service reports, inspection logs, and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner in the company ERP / Database.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and tools used during service at work site or during on-site visits and report any discrepancies to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and standards while performing inspections, repairs, maintenance and load testing to ensure a safe working environment for both the technician and the customer.
• Report any safety hazards or unsafe conditions encountered during service or during on-site visits to the manager.
• Complete any additional tasks or special assignments as instructed by the manager, including handling urgent service requests or ad-hoc duties as required.
• Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and available for service calls.
• Report any equipment failures or shortages to the manager to ensure swift procurement.
• Ensure that all services are performed with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring it is stored securely and shared only with authorized personnel.
- QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in a Mechanical Maintenance Technician role within the Aerospace / Mechanical or Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of aerospace systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in English language (other language is a plus)
• Ability to travel for on-site support as needed.
• Experience in Pneumatics, Hydraulics and electronics will be a plus.

As the **Equipment Maintenance and Operation Manager**, you shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in commercial kitchen industry maintenance & repair. Shall be certified technician able to perform maintenance in the work to be performed which may include one of the following: Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Certifications must be current and valid. The Equipment Maintenance and Operation Manager shall provide major maintenance on equipment to include repair of all Government equipment and replacement of component parts, accessories, attachments, power cords, hood filters, water filters and water faucets.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
- Oversee and perform service, repairs, and maintenance to food services support equipment.
- Monitor all OCN staff associated with the department and if needed other departments.
- Ensure personnel requiring escorts are monitored
- Shall ensure all replacement parts are identified and ordered within 4 calendar days of inoperable equipment
- Identify supply requirements and prepare necessary documentation for purchase.
- Conduct inspections on all smoke detectors and fire extinguishers as required.
- Arrange for the repair or replacement of equipment and parts which are covered by a warranty.
- Determine, with the Site Manager and/or DFAC Manager if equipment is unserviceable and shall include substantiating data to support the recommended replacement.
- Ensure all documentation and paperwork to repair/replace broken equipment is initiated as required.
- Maintain a maintenance log of all equipment as required.
- Respond and provide emergency services to broken equipment as required.
- Assign workers to duties such as maintenance, repair, or renovation and may obtain bids for additional work from outside contractors.
- Review reports of expenditures for previous fiscal year and proposed improvements to facilities in order to prepare budget estimates for upcoming fiscal year.
- Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.
- Compile operational records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results.
- Maintain appliances as required.
- Initiate and complete equipment repairs as required.
- Manage and maintain related supplies and equipment.
- Replace light bulbs and batteries in fire detection equipment within 24 hours of observed or reported failures.
- Assist with other facilities or departments as needed to ensure mission success
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- Five (5) years’ experiences in commercial kitchen industry maintenance & repair
**LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS**:

Optimize production and uptime when executing maintenance activities which require shut down / isolation of equipment.
Conduct diagnostic tests and report repetitive equipment failures.
Prepare adequate documentation and reporting for offshore management consideration regarding wrong design, poor workmanship, non-compliance to NOC standards; take appropriate action within level of Authority.
Contribute to identifying improvements to planned maintenance routines.
Qualifications Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Profile
High School Diploma / Technical certificate in Discipline.
Minimum 4 years recent experience in the petrochemical, refining, oil / gas exploration and/or production industries in a similar role.
