Prepare and compile Tender Documents for tenders issued directly by the Department. Review and check on Tender Documents prepared by consultants. Draft contract documents, interpret contractual obligations and assist in the administration of approved contracts. Review and report on contractual deviations in bids. Participate in commercial bid evaluations. Develop and prepare price schedules in line with agreed contracting strategies. Study and evaluate claims and change order requests in accordance with contractual obligations and advise on appropriate measures. Establish and implement insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments. Prepare Management Contracts Status Reports. Regular contacts at own or next higher level in own department to coordinate work and answer queries. Frequent contact with Consultants and contractors. Work independently in accordance with established procedures, standards and specialized professional standards. Your Commitment

As an instructional faculty member, you will report to the Head of the Department and be responsible for delivering and evaluating a broad range of courses within the Industrial Trades ( Industrial Mechanical ) programs. You will evaluate student progress and manage the resources of the learning environment. You will be responsible for the inventory, monitoring, and maintaining workshop and laboratory equipment within the specified program area. The instructional member trainer will work with other instructional members, faculty members and staff as required to provide exceptional learning experiences for the trainees and students.

• Ensure that designs meet quality standards, and that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and construction of pipelines and flowlines within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is must.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of GCC experience.
• Deep understanding of pipeline design, flowline systems, and related infrastructure., Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, PDS, PDMS, Caesar II, or similar tools.
• Experience in hydraulic analysis, stress analysis, and material selection for pipeline design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and construction of pipelines and flowlines within the Oil & Gas industry. Experience in the oil and gas industry is must. Minimum of 6-8 years of GCC experience. Deep understanding of pipeline design, flowline systems, and related infrastructure., Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.). Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, PDS, PDMS, Caesar II, or similar tools. Experience in hydraulic analysis, stress analysis, and material selection for pipeline design.

**_Qualifications_**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Advance degree is preferred).

**_Knowledge and/or Experience_**:

- 12 years+ experience in the area of design and delivery of Offshore oil and gas cable & umbilical systems and processes for Topside and Pipeline facilities.
- Experience related to design and analysis of subsea aspect including pipeline, cables, umbilical, subsea structures and crossing is a must.
- Experience in major capital projects, with knowledge of worldwide contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major offshore and onshore facilities, and operating in a multi-cultural environment is preferable.
