- Ensure all assets are accurately tagged, documented, and stored in compliance with data management standards.
- Help streamline the content workflow, ensuring timely access to media for various projects.
- Proven experience as an Archivist, Media Librarian, or similar role, preferably within a creative, media, communications or government environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital asset management systems and media libraries.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
