Manage and Control Electronic Health Records system to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant employee medical records for efficient healthcare delivery and claims management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements of MoPH.
Monitor and analyze medical services data to identify trends, make recommendations for process improvements, and assess the effectiveness of interventions.
Supervise physicians and allied health team performance and conduct regular quality assurance activities
