Job Description:
- Prepare potential bidders lists based upon the existing data regarding contracts maintained in a data bank and ensure prequalification status.
- Prepare and compile Tender Documents for tenders issued directly by the Department.
- Review and check on Tender Documents prepared by consultants.
- Draft contract documents, interpret contractual obligations and assist in the administration of approved contracts.
- Review and report on contractual deviations in bids. Participate in commercial bid evaluations.
- Develop and prepare price schedules in line with agreed contracting strategies.
- Study and evaluate claims and change order requests in accordance with contractual obligations and advise on appropriate measures.
- Establish and implement insurance administration within the projects in collaboration with Finance and Legal Departments.
- Prepare Management Contracts Status Reports.

Work independently in accordance with established procedures, standards and specialized professional standards. Work accomplishments are subject to periodic review and major issues are referred to the Contracts Manager with recommendations for resolution.
