The Network Administrator II leads a team in various maintenance evolutions, as well as advises Military and Civilian customers on Post / Camp / Station and enterprise level information technology (IT) solutions when appropriate. The individual defines technical and physical development of the network and assigns various tasks to keep the network running at optimum levels. This position requires an advanced knowledge in LAN / WAN troubleshooting. Various management and administrative tasks are also the responsibility of the Network Administrator II (NA II). The position reports directly to the Site Manager. The NA II assists and supervises subordinate NAs, oversees troubleshooting network problems, outages, and anomalies as required.
