    • Manage IT infrastructure for

    • Design, configure, and maintain
      LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, switches, and routers.
    • Monitor network performance
      and troubleshoot connectivity, bandwidth, and latency issues.
    • Installation of
      service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security updates
      .
    • Implement network security protocols
      , VPNs, VLANs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
    • Maintain IP address management
      and DNS/DHCP configurations.

    • Enforce GOIC's system and network security policies in line with company and industry standards.

    logical security access
    (User Credentials and Access, Network Folders, Door Access, Biometric Access etc.)

    · Participate in internal and external IT audits; maintain documentation for compliance. Coordinate and Represent GOIC for External IT audits from Microsoft, ICT Qatar etc.

    · Monitor system logs and responds to security incidents.

    Requirement & Technical Evaluations for new IT procurement, Licenses and Renewals.

    · Responsible for
    implementation of any new projects or upgrades
    for the GOIC Datacenter in co-ordination with vendor (if any)

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in
      Computer science
      /
      Information Technology
      /
      Network Engineering
      , or related.
    • Relevant certifications are highly preferred:
