**Primary purpose of job**

**Experience & Skills**

Proven ability to lead internal and external HSEQ audits, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective measures. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and Incident & Injury-Free (IIF) initiatives. Experience fostering a proactive safety culture through engagement, awareness programs, and leadership training.
