Job Description
  • Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory from end-user demand to supply.

We Are Hiring

Supply Chain Officer

Duration : 1 Year renewable

Experience:

- Min 6-8 Years

Working Hrs:

- 10 Hrs/6 Days

Education:

- Graduation in Supply Chain or Logistics

Qatar Driving Licence required

Job Role:

- Procurement Management: Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and issuing purchase orders.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while achieving cost savings and quality standards.
- Contract Handling and Management: Manage procurement contracts, including reviewing terms and conditions, ensuring compliance, and resolving contract disputes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and ensure avallability of materials and supplies.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & 45001 standards, as well as other regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
- Training and Team Management: Provide training and guidance to procurement staff, ensuring competence in procurement processes and compliance with ISO standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
