Job Description And Requirements
Experince with platforms greenfield, brownfield.
Experience on contractor's side.
Follow up Home Office, Yard and Offshore Activities
Profile with strenght in commissioning electrical, instrumentation, telecom. Process is less relevant.
Experience with software HEXAGON or similar i.e. ICAPS-WINPCS-ZENATOR
Technical Skills
Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. Ensure compliance of the Yard / Offshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. Technical knowledge of OFFSHORE Platform and YARD Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. Knowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.). Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations. Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background. Acquire Oil and Gas Industry Safety Standards and requirements. Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information.
Proven Technical Knowledge With The Sequences And Activities Of Preparation For Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up And Operation Of The Following Units
Platform Topside Facilities (Riser Platform, Well Head Platform). Brownfield integration (Piping, Electrical, ICSS & Telecom). Gas Processing including interfaces with Production Pipeline. Utilities section including Power Generation Unit and Cranes. Technical Rooms (HVAC, Fire-Fighting, Electrical-Instrument-Telecom Rooms). Auxiliary Systems: Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Water Treatment, Potable & Demi Water, Flare, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, Cooling Water System, Heating Media System, etc. Telecommunication Systems (ACS, CCTV, PAEAS, Phones, Radios, Meteorological System, VSAT, etc.)

As the T&C Manager, your duties will include:
- Producing testing and commissioning strategy plans, forms, procedures, manuals, and project close-out documents.
- Formulating commissioning schedules.
- Overseeing installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Collaborating with client consultants and design teams.
- Working closely with the MEP teams.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Current GCC experience.
- Experience working as a T&C Manager, Testing & Commissioning Engineer, or in a similar capacity.
- Experience working for a main contractor on building projects.

Siamo alla ricerca di un Commissioning Manager altamente qualificato per la gestione delle attività di commissioning su impianti offshore (piattaforme, FPSO, moduli gas, etc.). Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della pianificazione, supervisione e verifica delle fasi di commissioning fino alla consegna dell’impianto al cliente o al team operativo.

- Coordinare tutte le attività di commissioning offshore, garantendo la conformità a specifiche tecniche, standard di sicurezza e tempistiche di progetto.
- Gestire team multidisciplinari (meccanico, elettrico, strumentale, HSE).
- Collaborare con il Project Manager, il team di costruzione e i tecnici di pre-commissioning.
- Supervisionare la messa in servizio dei sistemi principali (processo, utility, power generation, telecomunicazioni, etc.).
- Validare i piani di commissioning, i test packages e la documentazione tecnica (P&ID, DCS logic, loop checks).
- Gestire eventuali non-conformità e proporre soluzioni operative.
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard internazionali (API, IEC, ISO) e delle normative locali.
- Redigere report tecnici giornalieri e finali di avanzamento.
- Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Chimica o simili) o comprovata esperienza equivalente.
- Almeno 15 anni di esperienza in commissioning di impianti Oil & Gas offshore.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi strumentali, elettrici e meccanici.
- Esperienza in ambiente multiculturale e in team internazionali.
- Certificazioni HSE (es. BOSIET, HUET, H2S) obbligatorie.
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
