Senior Collection Operations Manager (ISR-Deployed)
Our work depends on a Senior-level Collection Operations Manager (ISR-Deployed), to serve in support of defense analytical requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).
HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL COLLECTION OPERATIONS MANAGER (ISR-Deployed) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Will provide on-site technical and functional support at OCONUS locations within the USCENTCOM AOR to meet service components and JTF/CJTF high priority intelligence collection management requirements.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, the execution of collection plans, and strategies to provide intelligence to customers.
- Manage ISR data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and report findings.
- Identify collection gaps, assess collection options, and provide recommended solutions.
- Assist in the development of methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied; using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), and other assessment methodologies; and producing feedback of findings.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with polygraph eligibility.
- US Citizenship Required
- Desired Education and Experience: Master’s degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor’s degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.
- Required: Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools. Will pass the USCENTCOM Collection Management Course and DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, force management concepts, and USCENTCOM operations.

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.

- Prepare Upstream Integrated Gas Volume and Activities plan (UGP/IAP), execute gas production, water injection and surveillance plans ensuring uninterrupted feed-gas delivery from wells and reservoirs to LNG trains. Support production enhancement, development studies, plans and projects to meet company targets in the most cost-effective manner.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Assist with development of Integrated Activity and Gas Volume Plans as per UGP process cycles and sequences and liaise with stakeholders to execute and monitor well test and injection programs in coordination with Operations department.
- Contribute towards production guidelines implementation to optimize gas and condensate from Qatargas wells and respond to non-routine or unplanned events requiring the management of special parameters (H2S/Water/Condensate/Casing Pressure).
- Assist in developing contingency plans to address unforeseen production shortages and downtime and ensure production availability from offshore in advance to satisfy the LNG requirements and mitigate the short falls in short term basis.
- Process all production data and parameters at offshore and onshore facilities and monitor performance of production system from reservoir to facilities.
Key Job Accountabilities - II
- Maintain and update Well Performance and System Network Performance models and monitor performance as per the operating boundaries set by Qatargas standards.
- Conduct PLT interpretations to enhance and use production profiling to increase understanding and decision making and analyse onshore wastewater injection wells and its associated facilities for uninterrupted water injection.
- Perform stimulation design and selection of various scenarios and support execution of the same. Monitor testing and cleanup of wells post stimulation and complete any change management actions.
- Assess stimulation effectiveness using rig based flow back or PLT data and analyse well performance of producing wells post stimulation job and recommend remedial action.
- Provide input and assess production performance and support WIS and WEP development for re-completions and development wells with stimulation and well clean up input.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 5 years' experience in Production Operations, Production Planning, Optimization in the Oil and/or Gas industry, including at least 2 years' experience in production technology, Petroleum engineering applications and tools for production optimization, stimulation, PLT and forecasting.
- Knowledge and understanding of well modelling, well optimization techniques, reservoir depletion methods, well performance evaluation methodologies, production planning and allocation.
- Familiar with drilling, reservoir management, fluid sampling and analysis, well work and production operations/facilities.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing (for Sales Executive) or Instrumentation/Engineering (for Sales Engineer) . MBA preferred for Sales Executive role.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in PPE sales or building materials).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM & ERP systems .
- Must have Qatar experience in sales with a valid Qatar driving license.
- Locally available candidates with NOC are preferred.
