Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced best Recruiter for a 3-month contract who specializes in blue-collar recruitment within the marine and oil & gas sectors. The ideal candidate must have a strong network and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and mobilizing skilled labor for offshore and onshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit skilled blue-collar candidates (e.g., welders, riggers, pipe fitters, scaffolders, etc.) for marine and oil & gas projects
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and ensure candidates meet job specifications and compliance requirements
Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand workforce needs and timelines
Manage onboarding, mobilization, and documentation processes efficiently
Maintain a database of qualified candidates and actively build talent pipelines
Ensure recruitment KPIs are met within the project timelines
Requirements
Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment for marine and oil & gas sectors (minimum 3 years)
Knowledge of recruitment channels and mobilization procedures for Gulf countries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be available to join immediately
candidates only (due to nature of workforce engagement and accommodation constraints)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in contract or project-based hiring
Familiarity with workforce requirements for offshore and drydock projects
