Min Qualification requirement is 2 years ITI or equivalent in Instrumentation or Electronics certificate course with 8 years’ experience in Petrochemical / Oil / Gas industries. 3 Years diploma in relevant engineering is preferred. Gulf experience preferable (not mandatory)

Ex04 - Inspection &Maintenance of Ex ‘I’ System
- To carry out the corrective, preventive maintenance and repair of various types of instrumentation in the entire COMPANY plant which includes the regular monitoring and rectification of defective instrument equipment, calibration, disassembly, repair and reassembly of equipment (valves, transmitters etc.) and assisting in the installations and testing of new instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience in instrumentation erection, loop checking, commissioning and maintenance of instrumentation related to equipment in oil, gas, petrochemical or fertilizer which include
- Various types of flow transmitters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters;
- Sufficient experience in handling of all Fisher-Rosemount Smart version transmitters and Masoneilan/ Fisher Smart positioners;
- Different types of control valves, for examples Masoneilan, Fisher, Metso and on/off valves and solenoid operated valves, etc.
- Troubleshooting of various types of itches, regulators, filters, etc;
- Control systems equipment including ESD, DCS & local PLC control panel equipment.
- Senior technician Should have valid Qatar driving license with defensive driving training to drive inside RLIC.
- Senior technician should have through knowledge in Vibration probes installation, calibration, checking and online fault findings.
- Senior technician should have knowledge in compressor, turbine, function of antisurge valve and controller.
- Senior technician should have knowledge in Woodward governor.
- PTW 2 training is mandatory.
