Job Summary

The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and high-quality onboarding experience for new suppliers and service providers joining the platform.

This role bridges customer experience, data accuracy, and platform operations, ensuring that every company profile is professionally represented and optimized for visibility and performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Onboarding & Data Management

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers and service providers through the admin panel.
  • Ensure all company information, UNSPSC categories, products, and services are entered accurately and completely.
  • Verify supporting data such as contact details, company descriptions, and industry classification before activation.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely onboarding of newly acquired clients.

Customer Experience & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new users during the onboarding phase.
  • Conduct online or in-person walkthroughs to familiarize suppliers with the dashboard and features.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to resolve onboarding or listing-related queries.
  • Collect feedback from onboarded clients to enhance the onboarding experience.

Platform Quality & Optimization

  • Continuously review and maintain data quality, ensuring profiles meet platform standards.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, operations, data entry, or CRM management (preferably in B2B or tech platforms).
  • Familiarity with procurement or supplier management systems is an advantage.

Skills:

Functional Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical lead for onboarding new enterprise and government clients to the Ooredoo GPUaaS platform.
  • Understand the customer requirements for proper onboarding of the AI Solution.
  • Deploy, configure, and validate GPU workloads for customer environments (cloud, hybrid, or on-prem).
