Position Overview
The Senior Architect Designer is responsible for leading the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural designs for high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Design & Development:
Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases for complex projects.

Oversee the creation of architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
2. Project Coordination & Leadership:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings, shop drawings, site coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
- Act independently in organizing tasks within the given framework and report to the management
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, codes, and client specifications.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes or client feedback.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
- Assist in managing drawing logs and ensure proper submittal documentation.
