Job Purpose
Responsible for successful QA/QC testing of key Oracle HRMS modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development processes.
Provide support in developing test plans, creating test cases, writing test scripts and reporting findings as well as potential risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA/QD Testing of Oracle HRMS to ensuring the successful validation and quality assurance of Oracle HRMS processes in coordination with HR units during implementation.
Design testing scripts, execute and manage testing processes to ensure the system meets functional, technical and business requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans and cases for the different Oracle HRMS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with HR requirements.
- Provide support in functional, integration, system and regression testing to validate Oracle applications and customizations.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability of Oracle systems under various conditions.
- Provide detailed test reports, defect tracking, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Ensure adequate follow up to close findings and risks.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and addressing feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation partner and HR Team members to identify and resolve defects.
- Undertake any other duties of similar nature that are related to the project and are within the expertise and skills of the jobholder.

. This role is central to our transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Applications, and involves designing scalable, robust, and secure integration frameworks that underpin mission-critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for Oracle Cloud integrations, focusing on messaging platform integration with ESB.
- Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices for connecting Oracle Fusion SaaS applications with enterprise systems and services.
Develop and maintain detailed architectural artifacts including integration solution designs, interface specifications, and messaging flows.
Cloud Transformation Leadership
- Act as a technical SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, etc.) during the transition from EBS.
Collaborate with functional leads, business analysts, and solution architects to align technical architecture with business and application requirements.
Messaging & ESB Integration
- Design and implement integrations between enterprise messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) and ESB solutions (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
Ensure message-driven architecture supports scalability, reliability, and guaranteed delivery.
Governance & Standards
- Enforce enterprise architecture governance and integration standards across all development teams.
Perform code and design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and security best practices.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams, SI partners, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, with significant exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Deep understanding of messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
Proven experience designing ESB-based integrations and message orchestration.
Cloud Transformation Experience:
- Hands-on involvement in at least one full-cycle Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration.
Knowledge of Oracle SaaS data models, security frameworks, and integration options.
Tools & Technologies:
- Proficient in XML, XSLT, JSON, BPEL, and Java.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools for integration deployment and automation.
Soft Skills:
