Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation & Recruiting. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Fast Formula and VB Scripting skills.

Minimum of 4 end-to-end Oracle PBCS implementations

Collaborate with finance & business teams to gather req, define KPIs, & design budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, & reporting Processes.

EPM implementation methodologies OUM/CAS OUM, OAC, EDMCS.

Required Candidate profile

Oracle Certified Specialist in EPM Cloud is an added advantage.

Demonstrated success in leading functional design and solution delivery across multiple full lifecycle EPM implementations.

Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant for Planning & ODI

( 5+years )

Taking up full ownership of change requests, minor enhancements, major enhancements, and project tasks that are assigned.

o Take up ownership of activities assigned as part of other changes or enhancement to

the system such as during Application Upgrade or patching.

Perform Requirements Analysis, Functional Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Impact analysis, Functional Design and Solution Configuration as applicable for enhancement requests.

Perform Functional, System, Integration and User Acceptance Testing for

enhancements.

Do Performance testing where applicable using HMC provided tools and specified

processes.

O Perform Release management ensuring adherence to HMC processes and HMC's

service management tools.

O Perform configuration and setups on Oracle Hyperion Test and Production instances.

Liaising with HMC DBA & Infra team for any schema
or
user related issue

O Training users and business teams on functionality developed/designed.

Documentation as per HMC processes which includes (but not limited to) setup documents, functional design, responsibility and security matrix, test plans, cutover plans, implementation plans, rollback strategies, and release documents. Follow HMC Service Management guidelines, adhering strictly to the processes and use the HMC ticket management system to follow Change and Release management processes. This involves various reporting requirements such as status reports and diligently updating the tickets with the required information as well as for deployment tasks.

Raise Service Requests in Oracle Support for analyzing issues when needed, for system enhancement requirements.

Perform requirements analysis, functional analysis, and design for developing HFR

reports.

Experience and Skills

O Bachelor's degree or higher

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Hyperion Techno functional consultant with at least 3 years' experience in operational support.

Experience in implementing/upgrading Hyperion projects (at least 2 implementations), and with Oracle Hyperion

• Finance Functional expertise in EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud with 9+ years of total relevant experience across modules like GL/AP/AR/Assets/Expenses/Cash Mgmt.; Good to have experience in Project Management
• Having handled at least 1 implementation in EBS and 1 implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud, is a good SME and has played the role of Finance functional lead handling end to end implementation projects.
• Should have good authority of the various features in EBS Financial modules, so features recommendation, cloud roadmap can be suggested
• Responsible for configuration of Oracle EBS Cloud instance, conducting requirements gathering sessions with clients, documenting requirements, and documenting business process maps
• Should have been in customer locations and handled fit-gap, configurations, testing (CRP/SIT/UAT), cut over, data migrations, support.
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
