Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document processes and requirements.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years experience as a techno-functional Oracle Fusion HCM consultant.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process design, testing, and training.
  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
