- Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, database management, and reporting tools.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
