The Siebel Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management, maintenance, and support of Siebel CRM environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and support Siebel CRM environments (Production, QA, Dev, DR)
- Install, configure, and upgrade Siebel components, including IP version upgrades
- Manage Siebel Enterprise Server, Gateway Server, Components, and Web Server integration
- Handle system backups, patching, cloning, and disaster recovery procedures
